Café Cezanne Night Cafe

• One of the older and more established cafes on Ponsonby Road, this place has good coffee, delicious breakfasts, and great cakes. It gets crowded, but you can usually squeeze in. It's quite a local place and you'll often see neighbourood people sitting with their dog under the table. It's walls are lined with hand-painted murals and there is plenty of reading material to make this a place to hang out for a while. I'd recommend the chocolate tart or the tarte au citron.
