• The famous Hilton chain is, indeed, represented in Auckland. The building itself is located on Princes Wharf and it juts out into the Harbour looking like a cruise ship. The hotel has its own bars and restaurants as well as the usual conference facilities including high-speed internet, swimming pool and gym. The balcony rooms are the great as they look out over the Harbour and those one the West side can see the Harbour Bridge. It's just a roll out the front door to all the fun eateries and bars in the Viaduct Harbour area. So, you could theoretically stay out late without worrying about how to get back. Just watch you don't fall off the wharf! It is also only a short walk to the newly developing Britomart Transport Centre and entertainment area. 45 minutes on the shuttle from the airport will get you to the check in desk.
