• Meredith's is a culinary experience. Everything about the menu cries details. The servers are amazingly informed (ask them the ingredients to anything and they will recite them verbatim) and just attentive enough to add to the enjoyment. The menu is packed full of comfort foods prepared in ways you probably hadn't imagined and executed beautifully. Friday and Saturday are purely Degustation menus so be prepared if you are going on those days (and be hungry as it entails 8 courses). Reservations are a must and don't be surprised if you have to wait a month to get in (No kidding).
