NileGuide Expert tip:
The only Indian dining choice at the Viaduct
The concept of the PankaWalla, the person who had to manually keep the fans going back and forth for more priveleged folk, is a part of the mystique surrounding this restaurant. It is situalted in what is known as the 'market square' area of the Viaduct basin. It's just far enough off the main part to be relaxing unless it is a particularly rowdy night at the surrounding bars. Their food is described as traditional with a contemporary design.
