Chef Laurent Brunacci comes from Provence and prides himself on the restaurant's fare. Typically French and delightfully understated, Provence has wooden floors and exposed brick walls. Mains are deliciously rich in flavor and include award-winning meals such as braised duck leg with green lentils, organic mushrooms and duck demi-glaze. There is an extensive wine and beverage list.
