Description:
- Tony's has been serving up its famous steaks since 1968 so they must be doing something right. Antique stoneware jugs line the windows, dark wood panelling covers the walls. The cosy dining room looks out onto a quiet, leafy square. The fare is steak, steak, steak - all export quality, all aged. Have a sirloin and blue cheese, or perhaps the carpet-bagger of eye fillet stuffed with fresh oysters. Tony's is licensed and the wine list is fairly standard, with plenty of good options to accompany a juicy steak.

Amazing steak, staff and atmosphere!

I have been here a couple of times now and it's my favourite restaurant in Auckland. Apparently the oldest in Auckland, it's full of quirky pieces of history and the food...

We need a place for authentic food. Tony's did not dissappoint us. Good food, good wine, and good atmosphere.
