Description:
- This fun-filled family day has been a favourite for children since the early 1980s, when it was launched at the zoo. Organised by the Auckland City Council, the February event features rides, entertainment and a picnic to which children are invited to bring their teddy bears. Attractions include face painting, a farmyard, stilt walkers, clowns, pony rides, kites, jugglers and magicians. Entry is free, and see the website for further details.
