• The Cloak Room is a clandestine treasure located just west of the glorious Capitol Building. Venture down the steps of this historic building and enter a world largely populated by off-duty legislators, lobbyists, state workers and the occasional fortunate tourist, who happens upon the place while touring the Capitol grounds. All feel welcome and somewhat privileged in this intimate, darkly lit piano bar. Enjoy happy hour M-Sa 3p-7p.
