- This hotel, built in 1987, is clean, well maintained and affordable. The laid-back, friendly staff is sure to make your Austin stay pleasant. Arranged like an apartment complex in 12 different buildings, there are three room styles: the standard single room, the king suite (including a full kitchen with microwave, living room with TV and VCR, and another TV in the bedroom), and the double-bedroom suite (a two-bedroom, two-bathroom version of the above). Living room sofa beds are also on hand.
