The wine bar, Cissi's Market's latest addition, offers a small gourmet menu and wines by the bottle or glass. Menu offerings include the All Day Breakfast Salad: romaine with lardons, eggs and toast, and freshly made Belgian Ale Doughnuts with toffee sauce. While the deli is a convenient lunch spot on the South Congress strip, the wine bar, despite being in the same space, offers a decidedly more relaxed and upscale vibe—a nice spot for a glass of wine after an evening stroll. - Christine Whalen
