Begin with one of his signature appetizers, perhaps crispy oysters or smoked duck bread pudding, follow with porcini scented gnocchi or veal osso buco, and top it off with an orange pudding cake. The menu is imaginative, the execution perfect, the service professional and the atmosphere comfortably elegant.
