- This is an anomaly in Austin's laid-back and relaxed culture: a sophisticated, urban, upscale restaurant. The atmosphere is elegant, yet cozy; relaxed, yet full of energy. The wine list is encyclopedic and the menu is a blend of tapas, pastas and other Mediterranean dishes, including such classics as seafood risotto, paella and bouillabaisse. There is a fresh fish special daily, as well as a special vegetarian offering. The beef filet is a delectable choice for meat-lovers, or try the broiled lamb loin. But save room for dessert - it has some of the best in town. Private dining rooms are available for parties or business dinners, and a cigar-and-cognac room adds a nice touch.
