  The two sisters who own Pacha have decked out the converted bungalow with tables covered in colorful oilcloth and charmingly mismatched wooden chairs. On nice days, the individuals or pairs of friends that frequent opt to sit on the front or back porch, or grab a sunny spot by one of the picture windows. The emphasis is on top-quality beverages and food, with organic,fair-trade coffees from South America and many items--such as empanadas, soups and breakfast tacos--made from scratch.
