Founded by Dot Le Blanc, The Boiling Pot began 21 years ago down in Rockport, Texas. Since then we have added the 6th Street location providing Austin with Cajun-style boiled seafood, heavy on the spices, in a casual family atmosphere. Pull up a chair at our tables draped with butcher paper, tie a bib around your neck, and grab a wooden mallet!
