Start with a sliced beef brisket dinner, potato salad and cole slaw for a traditional southern experience. Other dinner options include sausage, chopped beef, ham, turkey, and pork ribs. If you are not hungry enough for the dinner plate, you may order a small plate with one meat selection. Family packs come with one pint each of cole slaw, potato salad and beans as well as 1/2 pint of barbecue sauce, pickles, onions and bread. For dessert, try the banana pudding or the cobbler of the day.
