University of Texas Campus Tours

Description:

  • The best way to learn about the University of Texas at Austin campus is through one of their wonderfully informative tours. Student guides lead walking tours and discuss a wide range of issues including academic programs, student services, community life and the history of the university. Tours start at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the Main Building (also known as the UT Tower). Wear comfortable shoes-the campus is much larger than the original 40 acres designated to hold these facilities. The tours last about one to one and a half hours.
