Hôtel des Ursulines

Description:

  • The best hotel in Autun, the Ursulines offers attractive rooms with views of the countryside and the Morvan mountains. Built in the 1600s as a convent, it gained a comfortable annex in 2000 that holds about half the rooms. Accommodations vary in shape and size, but each comes with a fine bed, quality linens, and antique furniture. Units under the mansard eaves of the old building are the cheapest, smallest, and coziest. The hotel is known for its cuisine, with fixed-price menus costing from 20€ to 89€ ($29-$129).
