Dining in any of Bali's five-star restaurants is generally a highlight. A must-try is the Mozaic. The only restaurant in Southeast Asia to earn a prestigious Le Grande Tables du Monde listing, Mozaic is an artful blend of French, Asian and vegetarian fare, skillfully executed by chef Chris Salons. Meals are best enjoyed over the course of many hours -- not hard to do in the intimate garden setting.
The Metis restaurant is sited at the location of the old Kafe Warisan, and needless to say the current iteration pays homage to the fine tradition of its previous tenant. The restaurant serves excellent European fusion food with an extra touch of elegance and style.
Sarong Bali is another excellent addition to the list of fine-dining restaurants in Bali. Spearheaded by an award-winning chef in Will Meyrick, the hip and stylish restaurant has garnered rave reviews from local guests and tourists alike.
