From the budget friendly Babi Guling at Ibu Oka, to the luxurious gastronomic treat of Mozaic, there are plenty of options for all kinds of travelers. If you are looking for an authentic taste of Bali, be sure to try out the famed Dirty Duck Diner. Their version of the Original Crispy Duck is renowned in Bali, although I personally prefer the Nasi Campur Bebek Bengil, which is like a platter of sorts filled with small portions of a wider variety of dishes.
Naughty Nury's is another place you have to visit in Ubud. They serve without a doubt the best ribs on the island, grilled to tender perfection with the special house sauce. The flavor is rich, smoky and spicy, markedly different from the usual flavor of honey-glazed ribs.
Finally, there is no better place to enjoy luxurious fine dining than at Mozaic. Helmed by an award-winning chef in Chef Chris Salan, they have grown to be one of the top fine-dining options in Asia. The prices however, are very high for Bali standards - you get what you pay for!
