• The Ayana Resort and Spa Bali is formerly known as the Ritz-Carlton Bali, but has now been renovated and rebranded. The five-star hotel resort is large and spacious, with a wide variety of accommodation and a good selection of amenities. Five restaurants are available to serve all kinds of tastes, from Dava for fine dining, Padi for Tahi cuisine, Honzen for Japanese, The Rock Bar for sunset drinks and lounge, as well as Kisik Bar and Grill for seafood. The resort also has a private jetty jutting out onto the sea, upon which guests can book an extremely private Romantic Dinner by the Sea (there is only space for one group!).
