- my recently build nice and some unusual 2-3 bedroom (suite 38m2 - 18m2 and a smaller 8,5m2) with separate kitchen/TV room building + some garden with nice wooden terrace in between and a lovely 25m border with rice field terraces >>> distant ocean + Bukit +- Uluwatu view .... (still possible to add a plunge pool 2,7x7,5m or to use later a large common pool in next door 5 Unit compound)
IMB = Pondok Wisata so NO PROBLEM for commercial rental << minimum 2 years (possible not, semi or not fully furnished) based on 110juta rupiah/year
LOCATION between Seminyak and Canggu, through Umalas at the end of the jalan Bumbak. Just next the Umalas – Bumbak sawah / rice fields Location has also distant ocean – Bukit – Uluwatu view
