• Bluefin has surprises galore for lovers of sushi and Japanese cuisine and offers some of the most unique taste combinations you are likely to experience anywhere in Bali. It is a large and brightly illuminated eatery with a spacious open-plan kitchen and long sushi bar. There is a seperate lounge area and vibrant cocktail bar which is a popular haunt for early evening drinks. The Japanese and Korean menu covers pretty much all bases highlighting plenty of exotic seafood twists. There is traditional Sashimi, Robatayaki and Miso style dishes comprising squid, scallops, seaweed, prawns and lobster. Meat eaters can sample mains of cajun chicken, barbecued beef and pork. There is an incredible variety of sushi rolls such as a dragon roll of shrimp, avocado and eel. Standout mains include the salmon oyster roulades and red pepper lobster, although many diners don't get that far down the menu due to the amazing variety of appetizers and fusion bites. -Ray Montgomery
