- Bumbu Bali Restaurant, located in Nusa Dua area, was created by the former executive chef of Grand Hyatt Bali. The decor itself is distinctly Balinese, with a series of open pavilions built around a courtyard. The menu features a host of award winning authentic Balinese cuisines, prepared in a traditional way just like how they are in Balinese homes or in traditional ceremonies. Worth trying out is the Balinese Rijsttafel, comprising of more than twenty different dishes in small portions. The Grilled Seafood and Slow-roasted Chickens and Ducks in Banana Leaves are popular favorites. Expect to spend approximately USD25 per person.
