• A bright and modern new addition to Ubud dining, Bunute is a spacious international eatery set on two levels, featuring a courtyard garden, bar and lounge, and a sidewalk cafe. It serves up fusion dishes with a particular emphasis on pasta and Mexican. However, it is most renowned for its signature dish of Nasi Panggang. This ancient Balinese recipe comprises meats, vegetables and shrimp wrapped in banana leaves and coated with spicy satay sauce. There are also weekly all-you-can-eat buffets with themed evenings showcasing cuisine from Indonesia and Thailand.
