In Indonesian language, Kayuputi means white wood, and indeed the restaurant is a vision of white, with a modern and elegant decor as the perfect backdrop for the tranquil ocean view. Kayuputi boasts a luxurious menu, including caviars, Wagyu beef, and seafood, with highlights such as the signature Seafood Chilled and Grilled, which starts out with a selection of chilled salmon sashimi, tuna tataki sweet shrimps and fresh oyster, followed with a half Bali lobster, as well as Miso Marinated Buetter Wish wrapped in oba leaf, squid satays, and king prawn tempura.
