The restaurant boasts a romantic atmosphere, with candlelit garden setting the scene for dazzling eclectic cuisine. The menu evolves daily, as the chef-owner Chris Salans believes that fixed menus are restrictive. As such the menu changes all the time, with dishes disappearing and returning in accordance with market availability.
