Mozaic restaurant is the first restaurant in Indonesia to have received the exceptional honour of entry in the worldwide guide of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. The restaurant boasts a romantic atmosphere, with candlelit garden setting the scene for dazzling eclectic cuisine. The menu evolves daily, as the chef-owner Chris Salans believes that fixed menus are restrictive. As such the menu changes all the time, with dishes disappearing and returning in accordance with market availability. The best way to sample the chef's expertise is through the seven-course tasting menu. Expect to spend approximately USD60 per person.
