Description:
- This museum is located South East of the Monkey Forest Sanctuary and comprises two large buildings. It is one of the few places where one can view the works of Walter Spies. Pieces by Raden Saleh, Affandi and Sadali are also on display. All of the paintings are well labeled in English and Japanese. You should preferably visit in the late afternoon. So that, when you have finished looking around, you can take in a traditional dance. (Call for details). On the grounds, you will find two cafés and a low-priced bookstore. Admission: IDR10,000
