Hi Nile,

Which your budget you can go to Kuta , it takes 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport, all you can get in there.Choose hotel near the beach so ( one of them is Ramada hotel, ore Kuta Beach Hotel). You can enjoy the days if you only take short holidays.

Cheers,
Magda

I think if u planing to stay for months, u can rent a house, or small villa, but in low season, not in high season, bali is summer, what season u come, u will not miss the best of it. Or can stay in standard motel at legian or around bali. :) welcome n enjoy beautiful bali.

There are many places you can stay. It'll depends on where you prefer to stay close to beach, city? What is your daily budget you wish to spend? Can you drive car and have license?

Please let me know so I can give you the best solution.

I think Kuta is a good area, and also Sanur. You can choose from both of that places.
Enjoy your time... ^o^

Hi Nile,
consider not only Bali. The Philippines is a good place to stay for a vacation specially Legazpi city where I live. You can stay in an affordable lodging house. Only very cheap. Experience the life of the locals there and you will enjoy. I can be your guide.

I recommended to you to go to Banjar, that is good as your age and the experience you will know.

Hi..

i think it would be nice if you try to stay in cangu or ubud area..it's a mountain view, fresh air, not very much pollution, near the beach also, and housing area. local there are very welcome too..

if you want to experience life, you can go and spend your time on the weekend, and stay in a hotel or motel, or villa..depends on your budget and interest..

Hi Nile,
There are many cheap homestay in Sanur. Sanur is the favorite place of most looking to relax on or close to the beach. Sitting on the beach in Sanur with a Bintang (the local beer) is certainly on my list of top things to do in Bali.

Sanur is also the happy medium, not to quiet (plenty to do) but also not a party town like Kuta.

If you would like any further information, you can e-mail me. (akusuka19@yahoo.com)

Best regard,

Ari Istamar
