Description:
- A newcomer to Little Italy, La Tavola does Italian cuisine with a bit of modern flair, and the emphasis is on seafood. Here the tortelloni is stuffed with ground grouper as well as ricotta cheese, and the list of specials is more likely to include tuna than veal. The Insalata Di Mare, a shrimp, clam, scallop, squid and mussel salad with an orange flavored dressing, is a must. The décor is modest, even a bit bland, but with food this good, you may never notice.
