Sports Legends at Camden Yards

Description:

  • Two floors of the historic 1856 Camden Station have been lovingly developed as a tribute to local sports. The Orioles have their own Hall of Fame here, as do the Baltimore Colts, with special attention given to star quarterback Johnny Unitas. The Ravens, the Blast soccer team, and the Negro Leagues, particularly the Baltimore Elite Giants, also have their own exhibits. But where else can you find high-school and college sports teams represented, along with a history of stadiums in Baltimore? Bring your camera if you bring your kids: The locker room has uniforms to try on, and you're going to want a photo in that way-too-big Ravens jersey. The museum is at the baseball stadium, just 3 blocks west of the Babe Ruth Museum.
