All the creations of Chef Yves are of a caliber seldom equaled and include AAA Alberta Angus beef, British Columbia Salmon and Nova Scotia Lobster Bisque. For the enjoyment of everyone in the summer, and only the brave in the winter, is Banff's largest patio. There is a three-piece cold dinner and lunch buffet every day.
