Then travel along the famous Bow Valley Parkway before visiting Johnston Canyon and stopping for a photo opportunity of views of Castle Mountain. The trip isn't complete without visiting the picturesque Lake Louise.
Steeped in history and featuring fabulous panoramas, your journey takes you past Vermillion Lakes with the spectacular Mount Rundle, Sulfur Mountain, and Sundance Mountain Range. Along the scenic Bow Valley Parkway keep an eye out for elk, bears, and coyotes. Enjoy a walk through forested Johnston Canyon and a picture stop at Castle Mountain.
At Lake Louise, plenty of time is allowed to stroll the lakeshore trails or explore the historic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. From here, your journey takes you to the picturesque setting of Moraine Lake prior to your return to Banff in the late afternoon.
This tour is seasonal and only operates from May through to October.
