Dubliner Irish Pub (The)

• Step from the concrete jungle onto the dark hardwood floor of an Irish enclave. This three-story pub overlooks Sukhumvit a short walk from Phrom Phong BTS station past Benjasiri Park. Several imports -- notably Guinness and Kilkenny -- are on tap plus the usual Bangkok beers. The menu offers a bit of Irish fare as well as some local dishes and appetizers. Football matches are often on and a large projection screen is nice for the big games. If the first floor chatter doesn't suit you head up to the third where you'll find a pool table, a couple more TVs and an independent sound system that the servers can turn down if you want that corner to yourself.
