- Sukhumvit Soi 11 nightlife can range from the lively places such as Australian BBQ, offer a typical British pub scene such as that at The Pickled Liver, or provide cheap liquor at the watering hole Cheap Charlie's. But for something relaxing with a bit of wine and some nice small plates to dig into, Tapas Cafe might be more your speed. Tapas Cafe does open for lunch but the energy gets more interesting later in the night when you can join friends for a jug of sangria or sip wine by the glass. Music is either Latin-inflected world music (flamenco, salsa, samba and more) or a live performers. The setting is not themed like many Spanish places -- no bullfighting posters or overturned sherry barrels for tables. Rather you have a modern exposed concrete look.
