• Witch's Oyster Bar, a two floor bar-restaurant is a nice lunch and after-work destination a walkable distance down Soi Ruam Rudee from the Ploenchit BTS Skytrain station. Oysters are in the name so you know to expect fresh fare here. Look at spending about 100 baht each. But also on the menu are an assortment of tapas and other dishes including simple pizzas, pastas and Thai dishes. Happy hour (5-8 pm) offers two-for-one of most anything including the tap beers (Guinness, Asahi, Leffe, et al) and this is a pretty great deal in Bangkok. There is off-road parking. This is affiliated with Witch's Tavern over in Thonglor.
