Description:

• While this is not the 200 baht rough and tumble hostel, the location isn't far from Khao San Road and the hustle of the backpacker crowd. The renovations for Baan Dinso --which the owners acquired in 2006 -- brought back the panache of Thai architecture, teak floors and copper fixtures, and a rebuilt connecting building adds rooms to the inventory. Some rooms offer private bath but for the rest they are shared. The rooms are not huge exactly but they are clean and comfortable offering double and twin beds and private single rooms. Drinking water is free and a fridge, teamaker, and TV are in the rooms. The property is nicely maintained, internet is free and so is breakfast.
