Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong

  • While the Renaissance Hotel in Bangkok is located at the heart of the matter near Ratchaprasong intersection, it is set back from the road a bit - a good thing. The five-star hotel has stylish rooms with lots of exterior light and state-of-the-art room controls and fine amenities. The pool is indoors but on a high floor for a nice view. The colorful lobby bar is a cool place to hang out and hosts occasional social events. A fitness center and a good spa are also on site. The hotel occupies the bottom half of a high-rise while offices take the top floors. Buffet meals and fine dining are on site, and the only good bagels in Bangkok are right outside in the parking lot at BKK Bagel Bakery. The closest BTS Skytrain station is Chid Lom, just 100 meters away.
