Description:
- The name Cabbages and Condoms typically grabs attention and that is the intention. Managed by Thailand's Population and Community Development Association (TPCDA) the restaurant's aim, in addition to serving Thai food, is to draw attention to birth control and family planning. Former Thai senator and TPCDA founder Mechai Viravaidya wishes condoms were as plentiful and available as cabbages. Abundant seating is indoor/outdoor and "Vasectony Bar" serves a wide selection of drinks. The decor is a spectacle and includes a selection of condoms from around the world.
