• Khun Churn is Khun Churnjuti Sathirasrindh, a restaurateur with a passion for healthy food. She got her start in a small kitchen in Chiang Mai in the early 90s, and opened this third location in the basement floor of the Bangkok Mediplex Building. You will not find another menu in Bangkok so filled with organic and macrobiotic veggie options. Most dishes are traditional Thai recipes with creative substitutions. Tom Yum Mushroom, fresh spring rolls, a lovely pomelo salad. For example, order Laab and Nam Tok dishes with mushrooms replacing the pork or some soy-based "chicken" recipes. Everything is fresh and the herbal and fruit juice blends are fantastic. From the Ekamai BTS Skytrain station take the pedestrian bridge into the Mediplex and go two floors down into the lowest level; Khun Churn is on the right at the bottom of the staircase.
