• Mai Kaidee's is an open-fronted restaurant on a quiet back soi off the busy Khao San Road, for those who want a little more peace when they eat. They offer many Thai favourites such as stir-fries, curries, tom yam soup, tom kha soup, noodles and spring rolls offered as vegetarian dishes made with tofu or vegetables, and there are some unusual twists such as pumpkin hummus. With the wide choice available, you won't miss the meat, and all dishes are healthy and free of MSG. The drinks include fruit shakes and juices, beer and sodas.
