  • Mellow brings together a small menu of nice international dishes, from Buffalo wings and steaks to some grilled vegetables, and serves them with a selection of great cocktails. Try an Appletini here. Asahi and Hoegaarden are on tap. It is a bit more relaxed than other nightlife spots in Penny's Balcony such as She Bar and HOBS House of Beers next door (as the name Mellow might suggest). A bit romantic, a bit hip and definitely a place to come for Happy Hour (5-7pm Sun-Thurs) when it's two-for-one on the cocktail list. Parking is available. Reservations are not a bad idea.
