Central World

Description:

• Central World is one of the big shopping complexes in the heart of Bangkok. Loaded with name brand shops, a wide variety of eating establishments and anchored by the Zen Department Store it draws crowds of shoppers, both locals and foreigners. The SFX World cineplex is located here and Zense Restaurant is up on the 18th floor for spectacular views and some open-air dining. Greenspace by Greyhound takes over the open-air 19th and 20th floors of Central World during November/December as a beer garden with live music. The plaza adjacent is frequently the site of festivals and expos and is decorated for major holidays such as New Year and Chinese New Year. Beer gardens appear here during November and December. It is connected to the walkway bridge between BTS SkyTrain stops Chit Lom and Siam.
