Baiyoke Suite Hotel in Bangkok - is it a good hotel?

I've been to Bangkok several times but I have never stayed in Baiyoke Suite. Can you tell me about this hotel? Is it a good one? Please share to me your experience. Thanks.

BAIYOKE SUITE HOTEL, BANGKOK is located at 130 Rajprarop Road, Rajthevee, Bangkok 10400 Thailand! It's 4 stars hotel with full facilities. Or I would recommend the other one which is close to it which is BAIYOKE BOUTIQUE. You can check out the website and see what you like!!!

Apologies but I am based on Koh Chang and whilst I have spent a little bit of time in Bangkok I am unaware of details of the said hotel. I know of one hotel in Sukumvit Soi 1 and a few in the Kao San Road area if this is any help to you

i would agree with the previous review, it USED to be a good place to stay and kind of a city landmark when it opened in the early 90's, hasn't been renovated since and as soon as you get out you're in one of the most crowded, noisy & polluted area in town. for the price they charge you have much better choices around silom, sukhumvit or rama IV, right in the city centre amongst more modern facilities and close to skytrain and mrt.

at these times you can get big discounts everywhere, so I would advice to check Expedia or a related site for discounts in newly opened hotels that are underbooked

The hotel is old and run down. Overall, ok... but there are much better hotels to stay other than Baiyoke. Coz my brother stayed in this hotel before.. Room condition is not properly maintained.

Bayoke suite hotel is conveniently located in Pratunam district. You find shops and shopping malls at walking distance.
There are better hotels but price/quality of bayoke is fair.
