They have most hotels and good advise.
I have to ask why do you want to stay in a rat infested 1 star hotel with lice in the bed?
There are some very good and well priced hotels in the 3 to 4 star rating range, clean and central.
Have a good stay in Bangkok.

My suggestion for cheap and good staff is a small place , Opera hotel, Soi samprasong, 11 off Petchburi road, behind First hotel,
