Check for Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall. If you love Thai food, may do something like cookery course like Baipai or join off-the-beaten path food tour www.bangkokfoodtours.com

It is depended on what you want to do. What is 1.5 days mean,excatly? If you have really a short time, you should find some places which closed to bangkok to see. Sometime it is quite boring of living BKK if you don't really know what to do.
