looking for a kid friendly neighborhood in Bangkok to rent a place for few days

There is an apartmentbuilding with swimming pool close to the place where I'm living. They rent apartments by the day, too (I guess for 700 THB a day). The use of the swimming pooll is free and there are other kids around. The landlord and his wife are friendly and helpful people. A skytrain station is 10 minutes away by taxi (about 70 THB).
