I dont think you can do this in Bangkok , but if you go to Pattaya you can parasail behind a speedboat. Look for more information on www.tripadvisor.com

The closest place from Bangkok for parasailing/gliding is Pattaya (about 160 KM south of Bangkok) Price depends on time and kind of trip.

Just find your favourite place on the Eastern Seaboard of the Gulf of Siam, from
Bang Saen down to Pattaya / Jomtien. Or Hua Hin / Cha-Am.

It is Waterski at Bung Tako, BangPlee, Samutprakarn. Just 30 minutes from airport. Price is 500 baht a day.

There is no beach in Bangkok to do this. You can go to Pattaya City, 2 hrs away from Bangkok. The price is about 500 to 600 per person.

parasails in Pattaya any beaches, Jomtien or Pattaya Beach. and also have in Koh Lahn (Lahn island) take ferry about 30-45 mins from Balihai Pier (Pattaya) and i think the beach is nicer than Pattaya. Enjoy !!!

You can do parasailing at Hua Hin or Pattaya. Price depnds on your barginning skills. Beware of scams. The ride can also be a bit rough at times. Phuket is another destination you could look at for parasailing, especilly at Patong.
