Almost all of the international hotels are having quite good discos (entry often against a cover charge).
What I used to like - although not being directly a disco in the true sense of the word - is the "Hard Rock Cafe" at Siam Square, which is featuring good live music, good food, and good people.
Have fun!

My best advice as a local is to take a forty minute taxi ride to Jomtien - stay with us where it is quiet, cheap and very comfortable then go to Pattaya, 10 minutes max to walking street, pier end where you will find fantastic mega discos all in one place - once there you are empowered to enjoy.
Take care
George

Bed Supper Club in Sukhumvit 11 is the best choice around... For younger crowd, you can try RCA (Royal City Ave).

there are many ppl go to Sirocco at Banyan tree Hotel. it's sky restaurant. it's for romantic couple. i'm n ot sure if you prefer to have a disco over there. maybe let's try. but it's close on the raining day. you have to check it.
