I agree with Chinawut Chinaprayoon. That is a reasonably nice place to sit back and watch the world go by. There are other places for shopping along the river and boat tours also available. Enjoy ":^ )

i like KHIN LOM CHOM SA PHAN RESTAURANT,it's really nice ,good place to sit ,eat and drink by the CHAO PRA YA RIVER(MAIN RIVER IN BANGKOK)u can enjoy the view of THE RAMA8 BRIDGE)the life of people near the river and so close to KAO SARN ROAD. too!!! u can enjoy your dinner and have fun by shopping,night tour,or dancing after that. visit ..............http://www.everydaydiningdelight.com/directory/detail.php?id=3468

Take the boatbus with orange flag upstream, make reservation for table on riverside, in weekends good bands live on stage.
