Hello your best bet for these items would be MBK In Bangkok. They have just about anything.
Another store is King Power Down Town Duty Free Mall, 2 floors duty free shopping.
2nd floor offers the best selection of World class brand names including Fashion Bag, Perfume & Cosmetics etc.

MBK is not good enough. I advise J&B on Petchabury road in Pathunam, not far from oposite Siam Comercial Bank. They would not sell perfumes but all cosmetic and beauty products for beauty parlors and air dressing shops

MBK is fine, however you better look at factory outlets of those brands, which you have shortlisted for your shopping spree.
